About the Opportunity

Arohana Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing IT Services & staffing with talent solutions company specializing in contract staffing and recruitment services across India, US & Middle East. We partner with organizations across industries to provide customized IT talent solutions that support their workforce and business requirements.

We are looking for a Business Manager to take ownership of client relationships, staffing operations, business growth, and account management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the IT staffing/recruitment industry with the ability to manage clients, vendors, internal teams, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and grow existing IT staffing and contract staffing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and customer satisfaction.

· Understand client workforce requirements and coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams for timely fulfilment of positions.

· Identify opportunities for account expansion, new staffing requirements, and revenue growth.

· Manage the complete staffing engagement lifecycle, including requirements, candidate deployment, extensions, replacements, and ongoing account management.

· Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, staffing partners, and vendors.

· Negotiate commercial terms and service conditions with clients and vendors while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

· Monitor business performance, revenue, profitability, staffing volumes, and client satisfaction.

· Coordinate with Recruitment, HR, Finance,



and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of staffing engagements.

· Address client escalations and operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.

· Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.

· Prepare regular business and account performance reports for management.

· Ensure compliance with client requirements, contractual obligations, and internal processes.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

· Experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment / Staff Augmentation.

· Strong knowledge of Contract Staffing and staffing operations.

· In excess of 10 Crores Topline

· Experience in Client Relationship & Account Management.

· Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

· Understanding of the end-to-end IT staffing lifecycle.

· Ability to manage business performance, revenue, and client accounts.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong ownership, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.

· Solid understanding on Tech roles

Preferred

· Experience managing on-site staffing operations.





· Experience handling enterprise or high-volume staffing accounts.

· Existing network of IT clients, staffing partners, or vendors.

· Exposure to Contract Staffing, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Permanent Staffing models.

· Prior experience in team or cross-functional management.

· Willingness to work on a P&L; Responsibility
