Key Responsibilities

- Develop web-based forms and checklists using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Build dynamic and responsive UI components for data capture
- Implement form validation, conditional logic, and workflows
- Design and maintain checklist templates for audits, inspections, and processes
- Create reporting frameworks and dashboards from form submissions
- Enable data export (Excel, CSV, PDF) and reporting integration
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Optimize forms for usability, performance, and accessibility

Technical Skills Required

- Robust knowledge of:

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

- Experience with:

- DOM manipulation and form validation
- Responsive design techniques

- Familiarity with:

- JSON, APIs, and data handling
- Version control tools (Git)

Preferred / Good to Have

- Experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Knowledge of backend integration (Node.js, .NET, etc.)
- Experience with Power Platform / SharePoint Forms
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
