Job Title: Senior Finance Executive

Location: Mumbai
Department: Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, expenses, and CAPEX
- Process invoices, vendor payments, and maintain accurate financial records
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny on a regular basis
- Manage vendor and customer ageing and reconciliation
- Ensure timely statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, and PT
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, and financial reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to support audits and finance-related activities
- Prepare MIS reports and support month-end closing activities

Key Skills & Requirements





- Only Retail - Some exp in a Retail industry is a must.
- Solid knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience in vendor & customer reconciliation
- Understanding of statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, PT)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce

- Relevant experience in accounts and finance operations preferred
