About HiWox

HiWox is building a next-generation personalised healthcare and wellness intelligence ecosystem covering 9 wellness domains — physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational, environmental, financial, and sexual & reproductive wellness.

HiWox aims to combine wellness assessments, personalised recommendations, consultant-led programs, telehealth, B2B wellness solutions, eCommerce and technology-enabled wellness management into one integrated ecosystem.

We are currently in the initial product development and growth stage and are looking for a Spiritual Wellness Expert to help build the spiritual wellness framework within the HiWox ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop evidence-informed frameworks for spiritual wellbeing, purpose, meaning, values, inner wellbeing and personal growth.

- Design spiritual wellness assessments, questionnaires, indicators and scoring parameters suitable for HiWox's wellness intelligence system.

- Develop personalised, non-religious and inclusive spiritual wellness recommendations based on individual needs, preferences and assessment results.

- Define practical interventions, activities and practices that can support reflection, mindfulness, purpose, gratitude, values alignment and overall inner wellbeing.

- Ensure spiritual wellness recommendations are culturally sensitive, inclusive and respectful of different beliefs and backgrounds.

- Work with psychologists, wellness consultants, healthcare professionals,



nutritionists and other domain experts to integrate spiritual wellness with the other 8 wellness domains.

- Contribute to HiWox's personalised wellness algorithms and recommendation frameworks for the spiritual wellness domain.

- Research relevant scientific literature and established frameworks related to spirituality, meaning, purpose, wellbeing and quality of life.

- Develop consultation protocols, assessment guidelines and SOPs for spiritual wellness services.

- Conduct or support individual consultations, workshops, webinars and wellness sessions where required.

- Review and validate spiritual wellness content, recommendations and educational materials used across the HiWox platform.

- Contribute to the development of HiWox's overall spiritual wellness methodology, content library and measurable outcome framework.

- Support product and technology teams in translating spiritual wellness concepts into simple, measurable and user-friendly digital experiences.

- Build relationships with relevant experts, researchers, institutions and wellness practitioners to strengthen HiWox's spiritual wellness ecosystem.

Ideal Candidate

- Background in spiritual wellness, counselling, psychology, wellbeing, philosophy, contemplative studies, mindfulness,



holistic wellness or a related field.

- Relevant certifications, academic qualifications or professional training preferred.

- Robust understanding of spirituality, purpose, meaning, values and inner wellbeing.

- Ability to work with people from diverse cultural and belief backgrounds.

- Strong communication, consultation and facilitation skills.

- Ability to translate complex concepts into practical and measurable wellness interventions.

- Research-oriented and evidence-conscious approach.

- Comfortable working with technology, multidisciplinary teams and an early-stage startup environment.

- Strong interest in building a structured and scalable spiritual wellness methodology.

Compensation

This is an equity-only founding team opportunity at the current stage. There is no fixed salary until HiWox secures funding and stabilises revenue.

Equity will be structured based on expertise, contribution, responsibility and long-term commitment, subject to a formal agreement.

If you are primarily looking for a fixed-salary position, this prospect may not be suitable at the current stage.
