We are seeking a detail-oriented QA & QC Operator with 24 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably within the chemical manufacturing industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as ICP-OES, ICP-MS, UV-Vis, XRD, and FTIR.

The role will involve sample preparation, instrument calibration, molarity calculations, analytical testing, data interpretation, documentation, and ensuring compliance with established QA/QC standards and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain ICP-OES, ICP-MS, UV-Vis, XRD, and FTIR analytical instruments.
- Perform routine and specialized analytical testing as per established methods and SOPs.
- Prepare samples through digestion, dilution, and other required treatments.
- Perform instrument calibration and prepare standard solutions.
- Carry out molarity calculations accurately for analytical testing.
- Collect, record, analyze, and interpret laboratory test results.
- Identify and troubleshoot data anomalies, inconsistencies, and abnormal test results.
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and integrity of laboratory results.
- Follow established QA/QC procedures, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain required quality documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of testing, calibration, sample preparation, and results.




- Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform routine maintenance of laboratory equipment and report instrumentmal functions.
- Work closely with R&D;, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs teams on quality-related issues.
- Contribute to improving laboratory processes, analytical methods, and QA/QC procedures.
- Stay updated on analytical technologies and quality control practices.

Qualifications & Experience

- M.Sc., M.Tech., B.E./B.Tech. in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 24 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with ICP-OES, ICP-MS, UV-Vis, XRD, and FTIR is required.
- Robust knowledge of sample preparation, instrument calibration, and molarity calculations.
- Good understanding of analytical testing, data interpretation, and laboratory practices.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ASTM, GMP, or other relevant quality management systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot analytical instruments and perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Good documentation, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
