Key Responsibilities

- Client Discovery & Requirement Gathering: Lead client calls to understand business challenges, requirements, and objectives, and translate them into transparent solution briefs.

- Solution Architecture & Platform Recommendation: Design suitable solution approaches and recommend the best-fit tools, platforms, and technology stack based on client requirements.

- Proposal Writing: Prepare project proposals covering scope of work, commercials, timelines, deliverables, and implementation approach.

- Technical Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate APIs, integrations, platforms, and technology requirements to ensure technical feasibility before project initiation.

- Technical Documentation:



Prepare solution architecture diagrams, UAT scripts, technical documentation, handover documents, and other project-related materials.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to project execution.

Requirements

- B.Tech, M.Tech, or equivalent technical qualification.

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, technical consulting, business analysis, or project coordination.

- Strong understanding of software solutions, APIs, integrations, and technology platforms.

- Good communication and client-facing skills.

- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical technical solutions.

- Strong documentation, proposal-writing, and presentation skills.

- Candidates must be Indore-based.

- Candidates with a 15–30 day notice period will be preferred.
