Ltd is a leading sports infrastructure and turf engineering company in India, specializing in design, construction and maintenance of natural and artificial sports turfs, landscaping, and sports field development. The company executes turnkey projects across India including cricket grounds, football fields, golf greens, and institutional sports facilities for corporates, schools, stadiums and government bodies.
The organization operates through multi-location project sites and is looking for technically sound, motivated civil engineering professionals to support project delivery across pan-India operations. Role Purpose
The Junior Engineer Civil will support the planning, execution, and quality monitoring of civil and infrastructure works at ST≥ project sites. Reporting directly to the Senior Engineer, this role is responsible for day-to-day site coordination, technical supervision, and ensuring that construction activities are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. The incumbent will gain hands-on exposure to sports turf and infrastructure projects spanning cricket grounds, football fields, and institutional facilities across India. Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision Assist in day-to-day supervision of civil construction works including earthwork, drainage, sub-base preparation, and finishing works. Ensure construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Monitor quality of materials, workmanship, and site progress as per project schedules. Coordinate with site labour, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution of work. Maintain site diaries, MIS reports, and daily progress reports (DPR).
Quality Control & Compliance Conduct quality checks at various stages of construction including material testing, layer compaction, and surface leveling. Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and project compliance standards at all times. Assist in preparation and maintenance of quality control documentation, test records, and inspection reports.



Flag deviations from approved specifications and escalate to Senior Engineer for resolution.
Drawings & Documentation Study and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and BOQs accurately. Support in preparation of as-built drawings, site sketches, and measurement records. Maintain proper documentation of material receipts, approvals, and test certificates. Assist in preparation of measurement books and progress billing for client submission.
Coordination & Reporting Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives for site-level coordination. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the Senior Engineer. Participate in site meetings and technical discussions; take and circulate minutes of meetings. Coordinate with design team for technical clarifications and site-specific adaptations. Candidate Profile / Preferences B.E. / (link removed) in Civil Engineering from a recognized university; Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience also considered. Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction projects. Willingness to travel and work on project sites across India (outstation postings). Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word. Basic understanding of construction materials, testing standards, and site safety norms. Prior internship or project exposure in infrastructure, landscaping, or turf projects is an added advantage. Technical Skills Required
