The company executes turnkey projects across India including cricket grounds, football fields, golf greens, and institutional sports facilities for corporates, schools, stadiums and government bodies. Role Purpose
The Junior Engineer Electrical will assist in the day-to-day electrical activities across ST≥ Pvt. Ltd.s turnkey sports infrastructure and construction projects. This role involves supporting electrical design and drawing work, assisting with site installations, maintaining documentation, and helping ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards under the guidance of the Senior Engineer. The incumbent will assist in the execution of projects such as floodlighting systems, scoreboards, turf irrigation controls, and electrical infrastructure for stadiums and sports facilities. The role is suited to an early-career engineer who is eager to learn, follow instructions diligently, and build hands-on site experience while working closely with senior team members. Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Site Support Assist the Senior Engineer in preparing electrical drawings, layouts, and basic load calculations. Support on-site installation of electrical systems including lighting, cabling, and control panels. Observe and assist with day-to-day site activities, helping ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards. Assist in coordinating with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors for material delivery and installation progress.
Quality & Compliance Assist in ensuring adherence to project quality standards and electrical engineering codes. Support the preparation of inspection reports and documentation of site progress.



Support compliance with basic regulatory requirements and client specifications under supervision.
Documentation & Reporting Maintain site records, daily logs, and electrical project documentation as guided by the Senior Engineer. Assist in preparing weekly progress reports and sharing updates with the Senior Engineer. Assist in drafting basic technical correspondence and minutes of meetings.
Coordination & Client Interaction Accompany the Senior Engineer during client site visits and inspections. Provide basic technical support during project handovers and maintenance phases. Promptly escalate site issues to the Senior Engineer for timely resolution.
Candidate Profile and Preferences Diploma / Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. 02 years of experience in electrical engineering; fresh graduates with a strong technical foundation are encouraged to apply. Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD (Electrical) and MS Office; willingness to build proficiency on the job. Willingness to travel to site locations as required for on-site learning and support. Basic understanding of electrical materials, safety standards, and site workflows. Good learning attitude, discipline, and eagerness to grow under senior guidance.
