Ltd. is a leading sports infrastructure and turf engineering company in India, specializing in design, construction and maintenance of natural and artificial sports turfs, landscaping, and sports field development. The company executes turnkey projects across India including cricket grounds, football fields, golf greens, and institutional sports facilities for corporates, schools, stadiums and government bodies. Role Purpose
The Site Supervisor Civil will be responsible for on-ground supervision of civil works across ST≥ Pvt. Ltd.s turnkey sports infrastructure and construction projects. This role involves overseeing daily site execution, coordinating with civil contractors and labour teams, and ensuring construction quality, safety, and adherence to timelines. The incumbent will work closely with the Senior Engineer on projects such as turf base preparation, drainage systems, sub-grade and paving works, and civil infrastructure for stadiums and sports facilities, leading on-site teams to ensure secure and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Execution Supervise day-to-day civil works at site, including excavation, concreting, shuttering, and finishing works. Ensure site labour and contractors execute work as per approved drawings and layouts. Monitor daily site activities, ensuring compliance with civil engineering codes and safety standards. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for material delivery and installation progress.
Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to project quality standards and civil engineering codes. Conduct routine site inspections and report deviations or issues to the Senior Engineer. Support compliance with government regulations, tender requirements, and client specifications.
Documentation & Reporting Maintain site records,



daily logs, and civil work documentation. Prepare daily / weekly progress reports and share updates with the Senior Engineer. Assist in preparing inspection reports and site progress documentation.
Coordination & Client Interaction Liaise with clients and consultants during site visits and inspections. Provide on-site support during project handovers and maintenance phases. Escalate site issues promptly to the Senior Engineer for timely resolution.
Candidate Profile / Preferences ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering (Bachelors degree holders with site experience may also apply). 24 years of experience in civil site supervision, preferably in construction or sports infrastructure projects. Working knowledge of civil drawings, construction methods, and material specifications. Willingness to travel and be based at project sites across India. Strong understanding of civil materials, safety standards, and site workflows. Exposure to sports infrastructure or turnkey construction projects is an advantage.
