About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative with B2B technology sales experience. The role involves generating recent business, managing customer relationships, developing sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and market research.
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
Build relationships with customers, resellers, and channel partners.
Promote IT, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and infrastructure solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing requests.
Follow up on leads, quotations, renewals, and sales opportunities.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer records in the CRM.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with presales, finance, operations, and vendors to support customers.




Stay updated on market trends and technology solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2 4 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Tele sales, or Account Management.
Experience selling IT products or technology solutions is preferred.
B2B, reseller, channel partner, or system integrator experience is an advantage.
Proven ability to meet sales targets.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Strong cold calling, prospecting, follow-up, and closing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
