Ltd. is a leading sports infrastructure and turf engineering company in India, specializing in design, construction and maintenance of natural and artificial sports turfs, landscaping, and sports field development. The company executes turnkey projects across India including cricket grounds, football fields, golf greens, and institutional sports facilities for corporates, schools, stadiums and government bodies.
Role Purpose
The MEP Engineer will support the planning, execution, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems across ST≥ Pvt. Ltd.'s turnkey sports infrastructure and construction projects. This role involves assisting in MEP design coordination, supervising site installations, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards for systems such as turf irrigation and drainage networks, pump rooms, floodlighting, fire-fighting, HVAC, and plumbing infrastructure for stadiums and sports facilities. The incumbent will work closely with the Senior Engineer to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role requires a technically sound professional with hands-on site exposure, problem-solving ability, and strong coordination skills to ensure timely and safe project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Site Support Assist in MEP design coordination, load calculations, and layout preparation for irrigation, electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting systems. Support installation of MEP systems including pump rooms, piping networks, cabling, control panels, and floodlighting. Monitor day-to-day site activities,



ensuring compliance with MEP codes and safety standards. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors for material delivery and installation progress.
Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to project quality standards and MEP engineering codes. Assist in preparing inspection reports and documenting site progress. Support compliance with government regulations, tender requirements, and client specifications.
Documentation & Reporting Maintain site records, daily logs, and MEP project documentation. Prepare weekly progress reports and share updates with the Senior Engineer. Assist in drafting technical correspondence, minutes of meetings, and client updates.
Coordination & Client Interaction Liaise with clients during site visits and inspections. Provide technical support during project handovers and maintenance phases. Escalate site issues promptly to the Senior Engineer for resolution.
Candidate Profile and Preferences Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Diploma holders with strong MEP site experience may also apply). 3-6 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in sports infrastructure or construction projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD (MEP), MS Office, and project management tools. Willingness to travel across India for site supervision and client meetings. Strong understanding of MEP materials, safety standards, and project workflows.



Exposure to tender documentation and government projects is an advantage.
