The company executes turnkey projects across India including cricket grounds, football fields, golf greens, and institutional sports facilities for corporates, schools, stadiums and government bodies. Role Purpose
The Site Supervisor Electrical will be responsible for on-ground supervision of electrical works across ST≥ Pvt. Ltd.s turnkey sports infrastructure and construction projects. This role involves overseeing daily site execution, coordinating with contractors and labour teams, and ensuring installation quality, safety, and adherence to timelines. The incumbent will work closely with the Senior Engineer on projects such as floodlighting systems, scoreboards, turf irrigation controls, and electrical infrastructure for stadiums and sports facilities, leading on-site teams to ensure safe and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Execution Supervise day-to-day electrical installation works at site, including cabling, lighting, and panel fixing. Ensure site labour and contractors execute work as per approved drawings and layouts. Monitor daily site activities, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for material delivery and installation progress.
Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to project quality standards and electrical engineering codes. Conduct routine site inspections and report deviations or issues to the Senior Engineer. Support compliance with government regulations, tender requirements, and client specifications.
Documentation & Reporting Maintain site records,



daily logs, and electrical work documentation. Prepare daily / weekly progress reports and share updates with the Senior Engineer. Assist in preparing inspection reports and site progress documentation.
Coordination & Client Interaction Liaise with clients and consultants during site visits and inspections. Provide on-site support during project handovers and maintenance phases. Escalate site issues promptly to the Senior Engineer for timely resolution.
Candidate Profile / Preferences ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Bachelors degree holders with site experience may also apply). 24 years of experience in electrical site supervision, preferably in construction or sports infrastructure projects. Working knowledge of electrical drawings, wiring, and panel installation. Willingness to travel and be based at project sites across India. Strong understanding of electrical materials, safety standards, and site workflows. Exposure to sports infrastructure or turnkey construction projects is an advantage.
