Job Title: MerchandiserDepartment: Sales / MerchandisingExperience: 1–3 yearsLocation: As per company requirementJob Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to manage product planning, inventory, orders, and coordination between suppliers, production teams, sales teams, and customers.Key Responsibilities:Plan and manage product assortments based on market demand.Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, production, and sales teams.Track orders, deliveries, inventory, and stock levels.Prepare product reports, sales reports, and inventory updates.Monitor product quality, pricing, packaging,



and timelines.Ensure products are available as per customer and business requirements.Analyze market trends and competitor products.Handle product displays and ensure proper merchandising standards.Follow up on pending orders and resolve delivery-related issues.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Requirements:Graduate in any discipline; Fashion/Textile/Business background preferred.1–3 years of relevant merchandising experience.Good communication and negotiation skills.Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.Valuable organizational and follow-up skills.Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.Key Skills:Merchandising • Inventory Management • Vendor Coordination • Order Management • Market Research • MS Excel • Communication • Negotiation • Reporting • Team Coordination
