3–4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG retail ● Proven track record of field visits and store-level VM implementation ● Strong knowledge of retail materials — acrylics, laminates, PVC, foam boards, metal fixtures, fabric, wood composites, etc. ● Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent; basic SketchUp or AutoCAD is a plus ● Eye for spatial design, color, and brand aesthetics ● Ability to produce transparent planograms and VM guidelines ● Excellent communication skills to liaise with store teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders ● Willingness to travel to store locations regularly
