Role Overview
Deloitte is seeking an experienced Project Manager at the
Manager level (GCB 4) to drive large-scale, high-impact business and digital
transformation projects across India. You will lead cross-functional teams,
manage complex financial project roadmaps, and ensure flawless execution from
inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Transformation Leadership: Direct and govern

end-to-end large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with
client strategic objectives.

- Finance Domain Focus: Utilize deep domain

expertise to oversee recent finance-driven transformation projects,
including financial systems integration, process optimization, or
risk/compliance implementations.

- Project Governance:



Apply rigorous PMP methodologies to manage project

scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary

point of contact for senior executive stakeholders, delivering transparent
reporting and strategic value.
Key Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in leading large-scale corporate or enterprise transformation projects.

- Domain Expertise: Recent hands-on experience delivering finance-focused

transformation projects.
- Certification: Active PMP (Project Management Skilled) certification is strictly required.
