nThe Retail Expansion Manager is responsible for driving the strategic growth of our jewellery retail brand by identifying and securing new retail locations.
n
n Responsibilities:-
n
n Market Analysis & Research:
nConduct comprehensive market research to identify potential new store locations.
nAnalyze demographic, economic, and competitive factors to determine the viability of new markets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform expansion strategies.
n
n Site Selection & Evaluation:
nIdentify and evaluate potential retail sites based on strategic criteria.Conduct site visits and assessments to determine suitability.Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for site selections.
n
n Negotiation & Acquisition:
nNegotiate lease terms and conditions with property owners and landlords.
nWork closely with legal and finance teams to draft and finalize lease agreements.
nEnsure all lease documentation is accurately completed and signed in a timely manner.
n
n Stakeholder Management:




nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, developers, and real estate agents. Effectively communicate with senior management to provide updates on expansion progress and challenges.
n
n Financial Analysis & Reporting:
nPrepare financial analyses and business cases for potential recent store locations.
nMonitor the budget for site acquisition activities and ensure cost control measures are in place.
nProvide regular reports on the status of site acquisition activities.
n
n Candidate Profile:-
n*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related degree preferred.
n*Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate, or business development, preferably within the jewellery or luxury retail sector.
n*Proven track record of successfully managing site selection and lease negotiation processes.
n*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
