We’re seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team, streamline operations and help drive our next phase of growth.

n Role Description
nThis is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, preparing expense reports, supporting executive tasks, and offering general administrative assistance. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently on a day-to-day basis.

n Key Responsibilities

- Manage complex calendars, schedule internal and client meetings, and coordinate domestic/international traveln
- Draft, edit and format presentations, reports and correspondencen
- Serve as primary liaison with clients, vendors and internal teamsn
- Organize and prioritize tasks,



ensuring timely follow‑up on action itemsn
- Assist with project coordination, research and data collectionn
- Oversee office administration, including budgeting, procurement and vendor managementn
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment on sensitive mattersn

n Qualifications

- n
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencen
- 1+ years of Executive Assistant or similar experience (creative/tech setting preferred)n
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsn
- Strong organizational, multitasking and time‑management abilitiesn
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite and project‑management toolsn
- High level of integrity, initiative and attention to detailn
