Back Office Support is responsible for providing operational and administrative support for health insurance and TPA processes. The role involves accurate data handling, coordination with internal teams, hospitals, and insurers, and ensuring timely processing of policies, claims, and related documentation while adhering to regulatory and service-level standards.
Assist in pre-authorization, cashless, and reimbursement claim processing.
Coordinate with hospitals, insurers, and internal claims teams for missing or additional information.
Maintain accurate records, trackers, and reports related to policies and claims.
