Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database objects (PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers).
Support DB migration activities (schema changes, data migration, validation, and reconciliation).
Perform performance tuning and optimization (SQL tuning, indexing, partitioning, execution plans).
Review and refactor existing SQL/PLSQL for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Handle critical coding and production support issues.
Collaborate with application teams to optimize DB interactions and queries.
Support UAT-to-Production deployments and post-go-live stabilization.
Identify and fix data integrity, performance bottlenecks, and stability issues.
Required Skills

Robust hands-on experience with Oracle DB and PL/SQL development.
Solid experience in SQL performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Experience supporting DB migrations or major version upgrades.
Ability to work independently on complex problem statements.
Good understanding of DB design, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
Experience working in high-pressure delivery environments.
