* Proven experience improving organic traffic and/or search rankings.
* Candidates should be able to explain the results they achieved and how they achieved them.
* Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, content strategy, on-page SEO, site architecture, crawlability, page speed, and structured data.
* Understanding of SEO strategy aligned with business and conversion goals.
* Working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics / analytics platforms, and SEO tools. Not a valuable fit: Candidates with no measurable organic results and no practical technical SEO experience.
