NThe Finance Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, supporting monthly closing, managing vendor payments, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
NKey Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing. N
- Prepare and maintain financial records, vouchers, and invoices. N
- Assist in monthly and quarterly closing activities. N
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely invoice generation and follow-ups. N
- Support bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking. N
- Ensure proper filing ofstatutory returns (GST, TDS, PF, etc.). N
- Maintain accurate documentation and support for audits. N




- Assist in budget tracking and variance analysis. N
- Work with external vendors and internal teams for payment resolutions. N

nKey Skills & Requirements:

- n
- Bachelor's degreein Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred). N
- 2–5 years of experiencein finance or accounting roles. N
- Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software. N
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools. N
- Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and other compliance requirements. N
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. N
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively. N
- Good verbal and writtencommunication skills. N
