NDesignation: Assistant Manager – Projects

NReporting To: Vice President/ Senior Manager (Regional Leads) – Projects
N nThis role focuses on managing end-to-end delivery of commercial fit-out projects with a strong emphasis
Non MEP oversight, technical due diligence, and quality control. The candidate will coordinate with
Nconsultants, architects, and vendors while ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and
Nbudgets. The role requires effective communication, the ability to manage multiple projects
Nsimultaneously, and proficiency in construction management tools.
N Role & Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough technical due diligence for all assigned projects.

- Possess robust knowledge of MEP systems and local authority approval processes.
N
- Review all project drawings and BOQs, ensuring full ownership and accuracy.

- Develop and present comprehensive project milestones and procurement plans to the business team.

- Maintain high attentionto detail and ensure quality installation at every construction stage, verifying adherence to approved makes and models with no deviations.

- Coordinate effectively with consultants, architects, and multiple vendors from project initiation through final client handover.

- Apply logical thinking,value engineering principles, and costoptimization strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

- Provide constructability reviews and propose mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction phases.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining performance standards.

- Support various internal teams when needed to ensure successful project delivery.
