**Job description** **Job Opening: India Analyst, Talent Acquisition** **Location:** Indore **Experience Required:** 1 to 3 years We are hiring for an **India Analyst, Talent Acquisition** to join our growing team in India. If you have a passion for recruitment and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. + Actively seeking out a large pool of IT candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to quickly fill numerous open positions. + Efficiently reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screens to identify qualified candidates that meet the necessary IT skills and experience for bulk hiring needs. + Handle bulk hiring, campus hiring, and internal job postings (IJP), Sourcing. + Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals and other sourcing channels. + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies. + Conduct interviews to assess candidates for job fit and cultural alignment.
