India-Bhosari (Williams) Full time JR13356 **Location:** Bhosari, Pune **Department:** Human Resources **Reporting To:** Sr. Manager HR **Key Responsibilities** + Manage day-to-day Industrial Relations activities and maintain harmonious employee and union relations. + Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, charge sheets, warning letters, and misconduct investigations. + Coordinate with union representatives and support collective bargaining and wage settlement processes. + Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factories Act, Industrial Relations Code, CLRA, Apprentices Act, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements. + Monitor compliance of contract labour contractors and maintain statutory records and returns. + Liaise with labour authorities, government officials, legal consultants, and advocates. + Support handling of labour disputes, legal cases, conciliation proceedings, and court matters. + Conduct compliance audits and drive corrective actions across the plant. + Prepare MIS reports related to IR, legal matters, disciplinary cases, and statutory compliance. **Desired Candidate Profile** + MBA/MLW/MSW (HR/IR) or equivalent qualification.
