JOB DESCRIPTION Sr. Social Marketing Officer Role Social Media & Content Manager Role Code TBD Operating Company Delfrez (Suguna Foods Pvt Ltd) Reporting in – who does this position report to Head of Marketing Direct Reportees – Positions that report to this role directly TBD Key Responsibilities As Delfrez scales, the brand's digital presence and consumer engagement need dedicated, specialist ownership. This role builds and protects the brand's digital footprint through strategic content, community engagement, and reputation management, ensuring every consumer touchpoint online strengthens trust and advocacy for Delfrez. 1. Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage the social media content calendar aligned with brand and business objectives. 2. Social Media Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives. 3. Digital Content Management: Manage the brand's website, blogs, and digital content assets; ensure content remains relevant, consistent, and optimized. 4. Community Engagement: Build and nurture an active online community through timely consumer interactions; strengthen engagement and brand affinity. 5. Online Reputation Management: Monitor consumer feedback and brand sentiment across digital platforms; ensure timely resolution and issue escalation. 6. Social Listening & Consumer Insights: Monitor social conversations, consumer trends, and competitor activities; generate insights to strengthen digital strategies. 7. Influencer & Advocacy Programs: Manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content initiatives; drive authentic brand advocacy and consumer trust. 8. Content Creation & Brand Storytelling: Create compelling digital content that reinforces the brand's positioning and engages target audiences. 9. Digital Performance & Optimization:



Track campaign performance and content effectiveness; optimize digital initiatives using data-driven insights. Key Working Relationships Internal External • Brand & Marketing Team • Digital & Creative Agencies • Sales Team • Influencers & Content Creators • Media & PR Agencies Knowledge/ Experience/ Skills/ Personal attributes • 3–6 years of experience in social media management, digital content, or brand communications, ideally with exposure to FMCG, D2C, or e-commerce. Candidates worked with similar client profiles from agency side is also preferred. • Robust working knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and evolving digital content trends • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills across formats • Ability to plan and manage a content calendar across multiple platforms and campaigns in parallel • Strong analytical mindset to interpret digital performance data and translate it into action • Experience running influencer collaborations and community/advocacy programs • Comfortable coordinating directly with creative and digital agencies as well as internal brand teams • High attention to detail — brand consistency, tone of voice, and reputation risk cannot be compromised • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and content streams in parallel against tight timelines • Proficient in Meta Business Suite, GA4 & Looker Studio, Social Listening Tools (Sprinklr/Brandwatch), Social Scheduling Tools (Hootsuite/Buffer), AI Content Tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Firefly), WordPress/CMS, and Canva & Adobe Creative Suite Education Qualification Essential Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field Desirable MBA/PG in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media; portfolio demonstrating social media, content creation, and digital campaign work, with evidence of brand engagement and measurable outcomes preferred over concept-only work
