We are seeking a Tele Caller to join our team at Shree Sai Developers. This role focuses on speaking with potential clients about our real estate offerings and driving new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to discuss real estate listings.

- Present property details and answer client queries.

- Collect and record client information in the CRM system.

- Schedule site visits and follow-up appointments.

- Meet daily and monthly call volume targets.

- Maintain a skilled and courteous tone at all times.

Required qualifications

- Excellent communication and speaking skills.

- No prior experience required; freshers welcome.

- Basic computer literacy and comfortable using CRM tools.

- Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Nice to have

- Knowledge of local real estate market.

- Previous telecalling or sales experience.
