NSOLIZE Partners India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our Engineering Services business across Europe, with a strong focus on the German market.
NThis is a leadership rolefor a seasoned business development skilled with a proven track record of developing international business, building long-term customer relationships, and positioning high-value engineering services solutions. The ideal candidate will be a consultative sales leader who understands the manufacturing and automotive ecosystem and can represent SOLIZE as a trusted engineering partner.

- Develop and execute business growth strategies for Engineering Services across Europe. N




- Build long-term strategic relationships with Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, Manufacturing companies, and Engineering Service Providers. N
- Position SOLIZE's Engineering Services and Digital Engineering capabilities as a strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor. N
- Lead the complete business development lifecycle from market development and solution positioning to negotiations and account growth. N
- Collaborate with globalSOLIZE teams in Japan, the US, and Europe. N
- Work closely with engineering, delivery, and leadership teams to develop customer-centric solutions. N
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Development team. N
- Represent SOLIZE at international customer meetings and industry events. N
- Build executive-level relationships with key decision-makers. N
