- Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to understand program scope. N
- Own end-to-end video development with quality as the benchmark. N
- Develop strong subject matter understanding and ensure content quality. N
- Review final outputs and identify roadblocks early during scrum calls. N
- Create storyboards, videos, eLearning presentations, projects, trainer guides, and audio scripts. N
- Suggest cutting-edge ideas to improve processes. N
- Research and apply modern instructional design trends and technologies. N

nEssential & Critical Skills

- 3–5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer. N
- Experience developing video-based training modules. N
- Experience creating instructor-led training materials. N
- Experience developing Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 animation-based learning content. N
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. N
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint). N
- Knowledge of GenerativeAI tools such as ChatGPT. N
- Experience creating storyboards, audio scripts, projects, and study materials. N
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and cultures. N
- Ability to thrive in agile and evolving environments. N
