NKey Responsibilities:
NProject Planning & Execution

- Lead end-to-end project execution ensuring delivery within timeline, cost, and scope N
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and execution plans N
- Monitor daily/weekly progress and ensure alignment with project targets N
- Identify execution risks and implement corrective and preventive actions N

nCoordination & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the singlepoint of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams N
- Coordinate effectively with design, procurement,



and site execution teams N
- Conduct regular review meetings and progress discussions N
- Ensure smooth communication across all project stakeholders N

nResource & Team Management

- Plan and allocatemanpower, materials, and resources effectively N
- Lead and guide site teams, engineers, and contractors N
- Monitor team productivity and ensure efficient utilization N
- Mentor junior engineersand build a performance-driven team workplace N

nProject Monitoring& Control

- Track planned vs actual progress and highlight deviations N
- Ensure timely submission of reports, MIS, and client updates N
- Manage project budgets and cost control at execution level N
- Handle scope changes and variation management N

nQuality & Safety Management
