WE'RE HIRING – STOCK AUDITOR / INVENTORY AUDITOR

nVardhman Electronics is looking for an experienced Stock Auditor / Inventory Auditor to strengthen our inventory control and audit processes across our retail stores and warehouses.
nKey Responsibilities

- Conduct regular physical stock audits at retail stores and warehousesn
- Reconcile physical inventory with stock recorded in BUSY ERPn
- Identify and report stock shortages, excess stock and discrepanciesn
- Investigate reasons behind stock mismatches and coordinate with concerned teams for resolutionn
- Verify stock movement, transfers, inward/outward entries and inventory recordsn
- Prepare detailed stock audit and discrepancy reportsn
- Maintain proper audit documentation and follow-up on unresolved discrepanciesn
- Support management in improving inventory controls and stock accuracyn

nRequired Skills & Experience




nMinimum 2–3 years of experience in Stock Audit / Inventory Audit / Inventory Control
nGood working knowledge of BUSY ERP Software
nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
nComfortable with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters and reconciliation
nStrong numerical and analytical skills
nAbility to identify and investigate stock discrepancies
nAttention to detail and accuracy
nWillingness to visit and conduct audits at stores and warehouses
nPreferred Background
nCandidates with experience in retail, electronics, consumer durables, distribution or multi-location businesses will be preferred.
nRole Objective
nThe primary objective of this position is to ensure that physical stock matches system stock, identify discrepancies quickly, investigate their root causes and help maintain robust inventory controls across the organisation.
