NEuroSchool HSR is lookingfor an enthusiastic and dynamic Sports Coordinator to lead our school's sports programme and foster a culture of fitness, teamwork, and holistic student development.
NRole Summary
nThe Sports Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all sports and physical education activities in the school. The role includes coordinating sports events, coaching support, inter-school competitions, student participation, and ensuring the effective implementation of the school's sports programme.
NKey Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate theannual sports calendar, tournaments, and inter-house competitions. N
- Organize and oversee sports coaching programmes and extracurricular sports activities. N
- Coordinate with coaches, teachers, and school leadership for smooth execution of sports events. N
- Promote student participation in sports and identify talent for competitive events. N




- Ensure proper maintenance and inventory of sports equipment and facilities. N
- Monitor student performance and participation in sports activities. N
- Organize workshops, fitness programmes, and sports awareness initiatives. N
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during all sports activities. N
- Maintain records, reports, budgets, and documentation related to sports programmes. N
- Build robust communication with parents and stakeholders regarding sports initiatives. N

nQualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degreein Physical Education (B.P.Ed.);
M.P.Ed. preferred.n
- 2–4 years of experience as a Sports Coordinator, Physical Education Teacher, or Sports Programme Coordinator. N
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. N
- Experience in organizing school sports events and inter-school competitions. N
