N Key Responsibilities:
N Counseling & Conversion:
NGuide prospective students through the admission process.
NUnderstand students' career goals and recommend appropriate courses.
NAchieve enrollment targets and maintain high conversion rates.
N Customer RelationshipManagement:
NBuild and maintain strongrelationships with leads and potential students.
NAddress queries and concerns related to course content, fees, and career opportunities.
N Sales & Follow-up:
NFollow up with leads via calls, emails, and messages.
NEffectively handle objections and persuade students to enroll.
N Record Management:




NMaintain accurate recordsof student inquiries and admissions.
NTrack and report conversion metrics.
N Collaboration & Support:
NCoordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth execution of campaigns.
NAssist in organizing seminars and events for student engagement.
N Requirements:
NBachelor's degree in any discipline.
NProven experience in sales or counseling, preferably in the education sector.
NExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
NAbility to work in a target-driven environment.
NFamiliarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.
