nOne of our Partner Firms is seeking an experienced Client Accounting Services Senior Associate to support and expand its growing pra ctice.

n Senior Associate - Client Account Services
n Experience Level: 3-6 years
n Work Hours: 3 PM IST – 12 AM IST (430 AM – 1PM ET)
n Location : Ahmedabad/Delhi, India (Office/Hybrid)

nOverview
nThe ideal candidate will have at least five 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping and demonstrate a strong working knowledge of general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, ACH and wire transfers, bank reconciliations, and preparation of accurate trial balances.



This role requires a strong communicator who can work effectively with both clients and a U.S.-based engagement team.

nKey Responsibilities
nWork as an effective team member to accurately complete client engagements and assigned tasks, including
n
- n
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliations, in accordance with GAAPn
- Download, categorise, and reconcile banking and credit card transactions in QuickBooks, leveraging available automation and technology toolsn
- Prepare bank reconciliations and reconcile all balance sheet accountsn
- Prepare monthly journal entries and support month-end close proceduresn
- Prepare quarterly and annual payroll reportsn
- Prepare and analyse monthly and annual financial statementsn
- Prepare partnership and s-corporation tax returnsn
