- Call and follow up with all incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries)n
- Convert trial classes into paid enrollmentsn
- Handle parent inquiries and walk-ins at the centren
- Clearly explain program structure, advantages, and pricing to parentsn
- Build trust with parents and guide them through the decision-making processn
- Maintain daily lead tracking and follow-up records (CRM/Excel)n
- Ensure no lead is missed or delayed beyond 24 hoursn
- Drive monthly enrollment targets and revenue goalsn
- Coordinate with coaches to schedule trial classes and feedback loopsn
- Follow up with parents post-trial to close enrollmentsn
- Support on-ground events, open houses, and activations for lead generationn
- Handle basic parent communication after enrollment (handover to ops)n
