Job Description Role Summary:
N nOwn the Army account vertical end-to-end — from opportunity identification through proposal submission and post-award project tracking — as the primary point of ownership within the client-facing team.
N n Key Responsibilities:
N n - Take complete ownership and control of all leads generated within the Army department — from first contact to closure.
N - Create and maintain a case file for every lead/opportunity, capturing all relevant client, technical, and commercial details.
N - Generate client correspondence — letters, emails, and formal communication — for each case.
N - Engage directly with clients through calls and meetings to understand requirements and build the relationship.
N - Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for all client and internal meetings.
N - Discuss and finalize pursuit strategy for each prospect in coordination with the Senior Manager / Manager.
N - Track every case end-to-end — lead, proposal, negotiation, and award/closure — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.




N - Own the full proposal lifecycle for Army-related bids, coordinating with the Compliance & Proposal Writer as needed.
N - Report case status, pipeline health, and key risks to the Senior Manager / Manager on a regular cadence.
N - Conduct Trials/Demonstrations for the end user.
N n Requirements:
N n - Ex-Serviceman (Preference for Amry Personnel)
N - Have worked in EW/EME/Signals/AAD or equivalent departments of the Indian Army.
N - Experience in proposal management, or account management, ideally in defence/simulation-related industries.
N - Strong understanding oftendering processes (RFP/RFI/EOI) and government/defence procurement is a plus.
N - Strong understanding ofDAP and other procurement procedures.
N - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
N - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously.
N - Proficiency in MS Office
