Finance Associate

n Role Overview:
nThe role involves managing end-to-end finance operations including invoicing, reconciliation, reporting, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial tracking, timely reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

n Key Responsibilities:
n Invoicing & Billing:
n
- n
- Manage Cocoblu uploads and B2B invoicing processesn
- Coordinate IRN generation and ensure compliance with invoicing regulationsn

n Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable:
n
- n
- Perform AR/AP reconciliation on a regular basisn
- Manage customer and vendor accounts, ensuring timely settlementsn

n Receivables Management:
n
- n
- Track receivables and follow up on outstanding paymentsn
- Prepare periodic reports on receivables status and agingn

n GRIR Monitoring:
n
- n
- Monitor Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt (GRIR) accountsn
- Coordinate with the sourcing team to resolve discrepanciesn

n Audit & Compliance:
n
- n




- Support internal and IFC auditsn
- Ensure adherence to financial controls and audit requirementsn

n Cash Flow Management:
n
- n
- Track daily cash flow and prepare reportsn
- Assist in maintaining liquidity and cash planningn

n Insurance Tracking:
n
- n
- Monitor insurance policies and maintain relevant recordsn
- Ensure timely renewals and reportingn

n Inventory Management:
n
- n
- Perform inventory reconciliationn
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to resolve mismatchesn

n Regulatory Compliance:
n
- n
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EDPMSn
- Maintain documentation and support compliance reportingn

n Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination:
n
- n
- Prepare customer reports and track settlement statusn
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operationsn
