Job Role: 3D Printing Technician (Additive Manufacturing)

Location: Coimbatore, TN

Experience: 1-5 Years

We are looking for a skilled 3D Printing Machine Technician who is able to handle multiple 3D Printers at timewith practical experience in Additive Manufacturing, Digital Fabrication, and Rapid Prototyping.

Required Skills

- 1+ years of experience in Additive Manufacturing or 3D Printing.
- Hands-on experience with FDM, SLA, DLP, MSLA, and Resin Printing Technologies.
- Solid knowledge of STL File Preparation, Slicing, Print Orientation, Supports, and Print Optimization.
- Experience using slicer software such as Cura, PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio, Chitubox, Lychee, or PreForm.
- Understanding of different printing materials including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, Engineering Resins, and Nylon.
- Experience in machine troubleshooting, calibration, preventive maintenance, and print quality improvement.
- Familiarity with workshop tools, measuring instruments, and fabrication techniques.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Worked with Industrial 3D Printers, Laser Cutting, and Digital Fabrication.
- Experience in Medical Devices, Manufacturing, or Product Development.
