Social Media ManagerLocation: Gurgaon, Delhi NCREmployment Type: Full-timeExperience: 3–5 yearsIndustry: Recruitment, HR, Women Empowerment, Professional Services or Personal Branding preferredRole OverviewWe are looking for a creative, strategic and performance-driven Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of our digital presence.The ideal candidate should be able to translate ideas, business insights and founder experiences into engaging social media content that builds community, strengthens brand authority and generates measurable growth.This is a hands-on role requiring a strong combination of content strategy, storytelling, execution, trend awareness, analytics and audience engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media StrategyDevelop and execute social media strategies for Women First Jobs, the Founder’s personal brand and related initiatives.Create monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with business objectives, campaigns and brand positioning.Identify relevant content pillars, audience segments, industry trends and growth opportunities.Adapt content strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.Track competitor activity and identify content gaps and emerging trends.Content Creation and StorytellingDevelop compelling content around women’s careers, leadership, entrepreneurship, recruitment, workplace inclusion, resilience and skilled growth.Write engaging captions, LinkedIn posts, reel scripts, carousel content, stories and campaign copy.Convert the Founder’s ideas,



experiences and voice notes into authentic and highly shareable content.Create strong hooks, calls to action and storytelling formats that encourage saves, shares and meaningful conversations.Maintain a consistent voice and visual identity across all platforms.Reels and Video ContentPlan and manage the complete short-form video content process.Research trending formats, topics, sounds and presentation styles relevant to the brand.Prepare scripts, shot lists and content briefs for reels and videos.Coordinate video shoots with the Founder and internal team.Edit or supervise the editing of reels, interviews, podcasts and short-form videos.Repurpose long-form videos and podcasts into reels, clips, quotes and carousels.Social Media ManagementSchedule and publish content consistently across all platforms.Manage comments, messages, mentions and community interactions professionally.Build meaningful engagement with relevant professionals, creators, companies and communities.Support collaborations, influencer partnerships, podcast promotions and event campaigns.Ensure content is published accurately,
