LinguaPlanet is seeking experienced Italian Language Tutor /Translator with expertise in translation, proofreading, and professional language training.Requirements:Proven experience in Italian language teachingStrong background in translation and proofreadingAbility to deliver training to working professionals and corporate learnersExcellent communication and instructional skillsMinimum B2 or C1 Italian language certification (mandatory)Only candidates with valid B2/C1 certification should applyRole Description The Italian Language Tutor / Translator at LinguaPlanet will provide online lessons in Italian, helping learners improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting interactive tutoring sessions, assessing learner progress, and adapting teaching materials to individual needs and proficiency levels. The role also involves translating written content between Italian and English, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness. The tutor will maintain regular communication with learners, respond to questions, and provide constructive feedback to support consistent improvement. This is a part-time,



remote role, offering flexible scheduling within agreed availability.QualificationsStrong Online Tutoring and Tutoring skills, with experience delivering engaging lessons in a virtual environment.Proficiency in Teaching and English Teaching, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and adjust methods for different learning styles.Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with learners and team members.Native or near-native fluency in Italian and very strong command of English for tutoring and translation work.Prior experience in language instruction, translation, or related fields is highly beneficial.Comfort with using online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and digital learning materials.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a skilled, learner-focused approach.Relevant academic background in languages, education, translation, or a related discipline is an advantage.Interested candidates may apply by sending their resume to: [email protected]
