Business Systems Analyst - Commercial Lending Platform Configuration Support Key Details Experience Level: 6-10 years Location: Bangalore, India Role Overview We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with Commercial Lending domain expertise and working knowledge of nCino and Salesforce to support platform-led lending delivery and configuration-aligned requirement analysis. The role will work with stakeholders and technology teams to define requirements, validate Salesforce/nCino impacts, and support delivery through testing and implementation. Key Responsibilities Lead requirement discussions with Commercial Lending stakeholders and translate business needs into system-ready requirements Partner with nCino, Salesforce, architecture, QA, and delivery teams to assess configuration impacts and solution options Document Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Non-Functional Requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data/interface requirements Support analysis of nCino/Salesforce workflows, configuration dependencies, data capture needs, rules, approvals, reports, and user experience impacts Maintain requirements, traceability, decision logs,



and delivery documentation using Jira and Confluence Review test scenarios, support functional testing and UAT, validate defects, and coordinate business sign-off Contribute to deployment readiness, business readiness, production support, and post-implementation stabilization activities Facilitate clear communication across lending business stakeholders, product owners, platform teams, and technical delivery teams Domain Requirements Commercial Lending Commercial Banking lending lifecycle including origination, underwriting, approvals, documentation, and servicing touchpoints Understanding of lending process controls, business rules, and operational dependencies Knowledge of Specific Applications nCino and Salesforce working knowledge is a must Salesforce configuration knowledge is a must Knowledge of Tools & Technologies Jira and Confluence working knowledge Solid Agile skill set and working knowledge of SDLC/PDLC principles Robust functional analysis, configuration impact analysis, and requirement traceability skills Ability to prepare clear documents for business review, technology delivery, and QA validation
