Business Systems Analyst - Commercial Banking & Salesforce Administration Key Details Experience Level: 6-10 years Location: Bangalore, India Role Overview We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with solid Commercial Banking domain knowledge and hands-on Salesforce administration exposure to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The role will focus on translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and supporting solution delivery across the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from Commercial Banking stakeholders Partner with product owners, business teams, Salesforce administrators, architects, and developers to assess solution feasibility and evaluate design options Document Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Non-Functional Requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows Support Salesforce administration-related requirement analysis, including user access, workflows, fields, reports, dashboards, and configuration impacts Maintain and manage requirements, user stories, sprint artifacts,



and project documentation using Jira and Confluence Review test cases, support functional testing, coordinate UAT, and assist defect triage through closure Support project delivery activities including deployment readiness, business validation, production support, and post-implementation issue analysis Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle Domain Requirements Commercial Banking Commercial and Corporate Banking products, processes, and stakeholder journeys Banking transformation and digital delivery initiatives Knowledge of Specific Applications Salesforce Administration is a must Working knowledge of banking application ecosystems and downstream integration considerations Knowledge of Tools & Technologies Jira and Confluence are required Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills Solid Agile skill set and working knowledge of SDLC/PDLC principles Ability to prepare clear requirement documents, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria
