Salary: 18,000 – 25,000 per month
Location: Ernakulam / Trivandrum / Thrissur / Manjeri / Kottayam Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing or customer support for consumer electronics/home appliances. Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field. Strong troubleshooting, repair, and technical diagnosis skills for home appliances/electronic products. Positive communication, customer handling skills, and willingness to travel within the assigned service area. Key Responsibilities: Install, service, and repair home appliances and electronic products. Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and replace defective parts as required. Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution of complaints. Maintain service reports, warranty documentation, and service records. Deliver quality after-sales service while following company standards and safety procedures.
