1. Shift Junior Supervisor – Electrical (Diploma) Position: Shift Junior Supervisor – Electrical
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) / Electrical Engineering
Experience: 2–4 years in manufacturing/industrial maintenance Key Responsibilities: Supervise electrical maintenance activities during assigned shifts. Attend machine breakdowns and ensure minimum production downtime. Execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. Monitor electrical panels, motors, drives, compressors, UPS, DG systems, and utilities. Coordinate with production teams to support uninterrupted operations. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and LOTO procedures. Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and shift handover documentation. Support machine installation, modification, and improvement projects. Manage contractors and technicians during maintenance activities. Required Skills: Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and control circuits. Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshooting faults. Valuable supervisory and communication skills. Knowledge of TPM and preventive maintenance practices.
