We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support US-based
customers in night shift (US time zones), who will demonstrate attention to detail with
experience in wholesale distribution and inventory-heavy environments.
Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution via phone/email/chat Process and track wholesale/bulk orders and shipments Coordinate with warehouse teams on inventory and order status Maintain accurate records in ERP systems Manage returns, credits, and order discrepancies
Requirements 2–5+ years of customer service experience Experience working with US companies/customers – required Background in wholesale distribution / high-volume inventory Experience with ERP systems Robust English communication skills; Hindi and Gujarati proficiency Willingness to work night shift aligned to US time zones
