We are looking for an Automation Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in machine installation, commissioning, and industrial automation. The candidate should have hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, servo systems, pneumatics, and troubleshooting automation equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and validate machines at customer sites.
- Perform machine setup, alignment, calibration, and acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, PLC, HMI, and motion control issues.
- Perform PLC/HMI software backup, restoration, and updates.
- Diagnose field wiring, sensors, actuators,



and industrial communication issues.
- Support preventive maintenance and machine breakdown activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare service reports, commissioning reports, and RCA/RCCA documentation.
- Support Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
- Provide technical support to customers and ensure timely issue resolution. Preferred Skills:
- Experience with machine commissioning and validation.
- Exposure to FAT/SAT activities.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profinet, or EtherCAT.
- Experience in RCA/RCCA documentation and technical reporting.
- Robust troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
