Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Precast Site Engineer to oversee and manage all on-site aspects of precast concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality, safety, and timely completion of precast elements, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and direct on-site activities related to the installation and erection of precast concrete components.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or deviations from the design.
- Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other site personnel to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Monitor site safety regulations and ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, documenting site activities and challenges.




- Liaise with the design team and precast manufacturing facility to address any site-specific queries or modifications.

Qualifications

- Skills: Strong understanding of precast concrete construction methods, site supervision, quality control, safety management, reading blueprints, problem-solving, communication, and team leadership.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Construction Management, or a related field.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills.
