Main requirements: • Knowledge in latest technologies used in Electronics product manufacturing process, including Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Soldering, High Level assembly, Testing & Debugging of PCBs • Experience to ensure smooth transition of new products from design to full-scale production. • Manage activities of Manufacturing Engineering and interact with EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Service organizations) to get the required products. • Knowledge on DFM, DFA, PCB Gerber, Schematic & BOM creation • Material and production plan as per the set monthly target • Monitor proto, pilot, and early production build & mass manufacturing. • Documentation reviews internally and with external stakeholders - BOM Analysis, Assembly CTQs, Process Definition, Control Plan, PFMEA, FAI Report/Build Report of the effective New Product Implementation. • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product designs are optimized for manufacturability, lowest cost and best in class quality. • Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers for components and sub-assemblies. • Design and qualify our industrial process and flow, knowledge on IQC and OQC operations. • Process optimization: Implementation of auto testing to improve productivity. • Monitor the project schedule periodically and ensure to meet the production & quality targets. • Capability to develop electronic components module and solid knowledge in Embedded system design. • Knowledge on systems integration with microcontrollers and microprocessors / ARM processors - interfacing,



programming • Knowledge on C++ / embedded C software, p r og r a m i n g s k i l l s • Hands on experience to interface and programing of STM 32 series microcontroller, ATMEL / Microchip Microcontrollers and Silicon lab Bluetooth module • Good knowledge in Power electronics, High voltage Engineering, Analog & Digital system design • Experience in component evaluation, approval & Vendor management activities • Meeting with customers, engineers, vendors, and other interested parties to discuss current and future engineering projects and products. • Knowledge of hardware and software architecture debugging; Preparation of Test jigs • Willing to travel and meet Customers & EMS organization whenever required. Additional requirement / Good to have: • Updated with latest technologies and able to execute multiple projects at a time. • Project Management: Must be organized and able to handle multiple projects. • Product and Project management skills • Knowledge in Electronics / Medical products QA standards, Compliances Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering with First class & from reputed institutions / Masters in Power electronics or Embedded Electronics Experience: • 3 to 5 years work experience in EMS organization or in any product design & manufacturing company as Product engineer / Manufacturing Engineer (In Medical / Healthcare products or Consumer electronics company) • Work location - Bangalore Designation: Production Engineer / Assistant Manager - Manufacturing
