Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most important clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales goals and expand customer relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, support) to ensure client success.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, performance, and future outlook.




- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Executive, or relevant role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Solid experience in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed.
