Required Skills & Qualifications 9–12 years of overall experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Technical Program Management. Proven experience in managing large-scale programs involving multiple stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to identify risks early and proactively drive resolutions. Experience in tracking project/program milestones and managing dependencies. Expertise in preparing and presenting status reports, governance decks, and executive updates. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace. Preferred Skills Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech domain is preferred. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus.
