Job Title: Accountant / Bookkeeper
n Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)
n Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
n Working Days: 5.5 days per week

n About the Role:
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our finance team. This role offers exposure to UK, US, and Australian accounting practices and is ideal for someone looking to grow in a global finance environment.

n Key Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and general ledger records.n
- Perform bank, debtor, and vendor reconciliations with precision.n
- Handle month-end closing activitiesaccruals, prepayments, deferred income, etc.n
- Manage Accounts Payable : invoice processing, expense matching, supplier refunds, and pending invoice follow-ups.n
- Manage Accounts Receivable : record customer payments and maintain receipt and refund records.n
- Review and validate all accounting entries and reports before submission.n
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and process improvements across accounting workflows.n




- Gain practical experience in VAT and international accounting standards.n

n Qualifications & Skills:
n
- n
- Minimum 4+ years of total accounting experience .n
- Mandatory UK accounting experience (please specify years). n
- VAT experience required. n
- Working knowledge of Xero (preferred).n
- Strong MS Excel skills.n
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal). n
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.n
